Northwest Repertory Singers is working with a new company this year to supply our online ticket sales. The company is Brown Paper Tickets. They are a Seattle based company and also supply online sales for one of Northwest Repertory Singers past collaborators The Coats!
We chose to work with Brown Paper Tickets because they are able to provide our patrons with a higher level of customer service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Online Credit Card Sales without using PayPal
- Ticket sales over the phone
- 24/7 customer support
- Ticket mailing services

Obviously there is a cost to this service. Brown Paper Tickets will charge $0.99 and 2.5% of the value of the ticket for each purchase. That equates to the following:

We recognize that some of our patrons will not want to pay this extra charge. To accommodate you we will continue to sell tickets at the door at face value. In addition, ensemble members are able to sell tickets at face value.
